Julia Colegate-Stone
Partner
Julia founded Hurston Eliot in 2014. She started her career as a solicitor in the Investment Management group at Linklaters and subsequently held roles at Deutsche Bank, where she spent several years advising hedge funds and their investors, and a software start-up, as Head of Business Development. Since 2021, she has been an adviser to a quantitative investment firm focused on inefficiencies in the crypto and blockchain ecosystem. Julia is a qualified solicitor (non-practising) and holds an MA (Hons) in English from the University of Oxford.
Kate Lindsay-Fynn
Partner
Kate joined Hurston Eliot in 2018. She began her career at JPMorgan as an analyst in investment banking, before co-founding KHG Partners, an executive search boutique, which she grew until its subsequent sale to Hydrogen Group Plc in 2010. Kate was then Group COO at Hannam & Partners, before operating independently in a variety of consulting mandates for investment management firms and their portfolio companies. Kate read Classics at the University of Bristol.
